Worst experience that I’ve had with your service. I’ve had very positive stays before. The hotel was a war zone. The building next to the hotel a shut down hotel. The outside of our hotel was in terrible shape. Lastly there was NO shuttle. The front desk operator tried calling people to show up and no one showed up. We had to get an Uber. There were 5 other groups waiting with us. Terrible service. Take them off of your list.

Clean room and prompt shuttle service. Was disappointed that the kitchen was being worked on and we had to go outside the hotel for breakfast.

The shuttle driver was very helpful and nice. We returned to from Phoenix to extremely cold temps and weren’t sure if our car would start. Hans, I think, dropped me and the luggage off at the lobby, then brought my husband to the back of the lot to get the car. Hans got out of the shuttle with my husband, ready to sweep the snow accumulation off of our car. He stayed to make sure the car started. We both believe that he went above and beyond. BTW, the temp was 3 degrees when we landed at STL.

Hotel is located very close to airport. This is my 3rd time staying here and I find it perfect for early morning flights. Nothing super special, but certainly an adequate place to stay for overnight and shower. I realized after I got to my room that I wasn't offered a cookie though : (
Although it took a long time for the shuttle to arrive on a bitterly cold day, I understood why when I boarded. The sweet shuttle driver took other people to other hotels, rental car places, etc. Her compassion for those standing out in 5 degree F weather was truly a breath of fresh air!

The hotel was run down. The parking was not gated and in an unsafe area. We didn’t even feel comfortable leaving our car there so we ended up paying for an airport lot.
